I really enjoyed working with Joe as he provided a unique experience that I have never had with a realtor. I have worked with many realtors in the past, and Joe stands out as one of the best. First, Joe did things different from the beginning. When Joe discovered I was looking for a new home, instead of rushing me out to the house I wanted to see, Joe requested a sit down meeting to determine if we were compatible to work together. After we both determined we were a fit, Joe listened attentively to my wants and needs for our new home and the search began. There were some important things that started sticking out with Joe. At no time did Joe attempt to pressure us into making an offer on a new home. His common question was to ask us how we feel about the house we were seeing. If we were hesitant or not sure, Joe was right there to provide another house to view. He always remained in our search parameters, and even kept his eye out for homes just outside of our parameters so we didnt miss anything. It was clear that his goal was to find us exactly what we wanted and that he genuinely enjoyed helping us find what we wanted. One of the other things that stuck out about Joe was his responsiveness. Even though he had several clients, he was always responsive to our requests or needs. This proves vital if you are searching in a market where you need to act quick. So, my overall experience working with Joe was awesome!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a new home. Especially, if you want someone who will listen, not pressure, and almost enjoy as much as you helping to find you a new home. Dont waste your time with realtors looking for that quick sale. Call Joe Skaff!!!

Looked up the areas I was interested in to get me quick home searches to look at since I was under a time crunch to move in fast. Worked with me getting pre-approved . Had a few hiccups but overall it was a good working relationship.

Joe was highly recommended to me, and did not disappoint. He was able to filter out homes I was not interested in, which led me to the home I purchased. He was super knowledgeable about the process, me being a first time home buyer really relied on this. Joe did an amazing job negotiating and simplifying the home buying process. Even the referrals I received from Joe such as a Lender and home inspector were great. 100% will use him as my agent again for any real estate needs

Working with Joe to find our first home was awesome! Im still a little bit in shock on how quickly everything moved. From day one he asked what was important to us when looking for a home and knew when we visited a home if it wasnt the right fit for us before we even said it. He responded to texts/emails/calls with unbelievable quickness, which helped us get in to see many of the homes we looked at before most other buyers. His advice and insight into the market and area helped us in finding our first home, and we couldnt be happier! I 100% recommend working with Joe!

Joe was awesome to work with! He knew what was important to us and wouldnt let us settle for anything less than. Additionally, he was extremely quick to respond to our texts/calls and would get us in to see a house asap. Will definitely be reccomending to friends and will use him again the next time were looking to buy!
